Reflective Writing,
This assignment is one of the best that I have ever done. Throughout my years in college and working I have created many resume projects. As you can see from the resume project below, my skills and abilities have enhanced ten fold. I feel that this was such a great experience because my teacher took the time to coach me through the process. This help me improved ten fold. I learned techniques such as the S.T.A.R. method which has improved my confidence when going into an interview. Another helpful part of this assignment was actually filming the interview. Now you can actually look back and see what you did wrong and what you nervous ticks were.
I feel that this experience will help me throughout my life and will only keep improving. Nothing feels better than having high self-esteem and confidence when going into an interview.

This assignment was very insightful for me. I learned so much from it that I have improved my resume ten-fold. Before this assignment my resume was a mess, filled with useless information and I didn't even have a cover letter. By learning how to write a resume and the different styles used for the job your applying I can get any job I apply for. Its all about presentation.
